Explain acronyms
When an acronym appears for the first time, indicate its expanded form followed by the acronym in brackets.
Example: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Once defined, the acronym can then be used on its own.
If the site contains many acronyms, propose an accessible glossary (dedicated page or section) listing all the acronyms with their meanings.
